Within 4 weeks of purchase, the return item has to be neither worn nor washed with the original plastic wrapping poly bag can be returned for store credit (minus shipping) or exchange for any item(s) that's available in our online store.

If the exchange item is out of stock, your name will be placed on our waiting list for said return item and you will be notified once it becomes available.
Before we ship out the exchange item, the customer will be billed with an invoice to cover the shipping of the exchange item(s). The customer is responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs.

Orders that are cancelled by the customer BEFORE they are shipped are refunded promptly less a 10% restocking fee.
If the customer cancels the order AFTER the merchandise has been shipped, the package must be returned and receive store credit only.
